I believe illustration is a communication that does not dull, while the same rhetoric of verbal media repeats itself again and again. To me, illustration sparks creative new outlooks and solutions to our everyday problems and mysteries. I believe color and shape are my two greatest weapons towards invoking thoughtfulness and emotion. I derive a lot of my style from past artists such as Aaron Douglas and newer conceptual artists like Brian Stauffer. My main goal is to have my illustrations accompany well researched and influential words that will better the community as a whole. I believe The Official College of Graphic Design of Catalonia and their #desdelastrincheras project and all these artists share the same goal.
